La demanda fue rechazada porque en el escrito de corrección se subsanó el requisito de claridad, pero no se logró acreditar los requisitos de especificidad y suficiencia, según las indicaciones advertidas en el auto de inadmisión.
La Sala Plena de la Corporación consideró que las razones del magistrado sustanciador para rechazar la demanda tuvieron sustento, en tanto los argumentos formulados por el accionante, pese a las correcciones realizadas, mantuvieron vacíos que impiden a la Corte conocer de fondo el asunto.
Se CONFIRMA en su integridad el auto cuestionado.

- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en su integridad el Auto del 26 de octubre de 2020, proferido por el magistrado sustanciador Richard S. Ramirez Grisales, mediante el cual se rechazo la demanda de inconstitucionalidad interpuesta por el ciudadano Miguel Angel Gonzalez Ocampo (Exp. D-13908).
- SEGUNDO. A traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional, comuniquese el contenido de esta decision al demandante, indicandole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
